Compounded prescription medications may be prepared by licensed 503A pharmacies or FDA registered 503B outsourcing facilities. Compounded medications are not FDA approved. Availability may vary by state.LabelingPharmacy dispensed prescriptions carry the dispensing pharmacy label. Items shipped directly by PeptidesRX carry the PeptidesRX label.Pricing and RefundsYou agree to pay prices shown at checkout and applicable taxes and fees. Prescription sales are final. If an order is damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly so we can investigate and replace or credit when verified.ShippingCold chain shipping with tracking is provided. You are responsible for receiving shipments. Risk of loss passes on the carrier delivery scan.
